This Privacy Policy explains what data HOBA Sports collects and how we use it. By using hobasports.com you agree to this policy.

• Account information: email address, password (stored hashed), country.
• Age & consents: date of birth or 18+ confirmation, terms / privacy / responsible-betting acceptance timestamps, optional marketing consent.
• Membership status: current tier (Free / Premium / Pro), subscription status, period end.
• Contact form submissions: name, email, subject, message and submission timestamp.
• Technical data: basic request metadata (user agent, hashed IP) for security and abuse prevention.

2. Payment data

All payments are processed by Whop. We do not store card or bank details on our servers. We only receive subscription status information (active, cancelled, expired) needed to grant access. See Whop's own privacy policy for how they handle payment data.

3. How we use your data

• To provide the Service and grant correct membership access.
• To respond to contact form requests and customer support enquiries.
• To comply with legal obligations (age verification, recordkeeping).
• To detect, prevent and respond to abuse, fraud or security incidents.

4. Cookies & analytics

We use essential cookies and local storage for authentication and session handling. If we add analytics in the future, only privacy-respecting, aggregated analytics will be used and disclosed here.

5. Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with service providers required to operate HOBA Sports (hosting, database, Whop for payments, Telegram for opted-in public channel posts).

6. Your rights

7. Data retention & security

We retain account and membership data for as long as your account is active and as required by law. Contact messages are kept for a reasonable period for support and audit purposes. We use industry-standard measures (encryption in transit, row-level access controls, hashed passwords) to protect your data.

8. Children

HOBA Sports is for users 18+ only. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated through the Service.
