1. What HOBA Sports is

• HOBA Sports provides sports betting analysis, statistics and educational content.
• HOBA Sports is not a sportsbook, bookmaker, casino or wagering operator.
• HOBA Sports does not accept bets, hold customer funds, or handle any wagering money.
• All picks and analysis are informational only. No prediction is guaranteed.

2. Age requirement

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use the Service. By using HOBA Sports you confirm you meet this requirement.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for any activity under your account. Provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date.

4. Memberships and access

HOBA Sports offers Free, Premium and Pro tiers. Paid tiers unlock additional picks, analysis and tools. Access to Premium and Pro content is granted only while your membership is active.

5. Payments and subscriptions

• All paid memberships are processed and managed through Whop.
• By subscribing you also accept the applicable Whop terms.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time from your Whop account.
• Access remains active until the end of your paid period.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Share, resell or redistribute paid content.
• Use scraping, automation or bots to access the Service.
• Attempt to bypass paywalls, authentication or access controls.
• Use the Service for unlawful activity or in violation of local laws.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

7. No guarantee of results

Betting involves financial risk. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Nothing on HOBA Sports should be interpreted as a guarantee of profit, sure wins, or risk-free outcomes.

8. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, HOBA Sports is not liable for any betting losses or for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
